A child coach guides and supports children in developing social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This helps them discover their strengths, cope with challenges, and achieve specific goals such as increasing self-confidence and reducing stress. The approach is playful and creative, involving activities such as games, drawing, and movement.
Each child is unique, so the focus is on solutions that fit their specific situation, including school, family, and friends. The goal is to optimize children's development and help them feel happy and confident.
During coaching, I use both crafting activities and bodywork.
Crafting activities help children express their feelings non-verbally and delve deeper into their emotions and thoughts. This promotes new insights, creativity, and self-reflection.
Bodywork, such as massage and movement exercises, helps children become more aware of their emotions and bodily signals. This can reduce stress, build self-confidence, and provide new ways to deal with challenges. It offers a playful and safe way to support children in their personal growth and development.

This type of massage is a therapeutic massage technique that I have designed to soothe and relax the sensory system.
It aims to reduce sensory overload, calm overstimulated nerves, and promote a sense of relaxation and well-being.
It can be particularly beneficial for children who may experience heightened sensitivity to stimuli or for those dealing with stress, anxiety or sensory processing challenges.
